Cobra Coiling Device. This was my own personal coiler, so I know it's a good one. The set is minus one dowel, but the coier is designed so that you can use pretty much anything as a dowel---knitting needles, skewers, you name it---so that's shoudn't be a deterrent. And to more than make up for it, I'm including a good C-clamp ofr mounting it to you desk or table. The set comes with a handy (even attractive) zippered pouch for easy transport.
